While individual outcomes can vary, our clients typically see a significant reduction in both interest charges and principle balances owed.

Debt relief is an opportunity to put your unsecured debts behind you without typically needing to pay the full amount owed. There is a team of debt experts who negotiate on your behalf with your creditors. Their goal is to get them to agree to settle for less than the full amount you owe, so you can resolve your unsecured debts for less and in a shorter amount of time than other debt solutions.

Our Debt relief program is simple to understand and can summarized into 4 phases:

Build  -  Each month, you make a deposit into an FDIC-insured dedicated account that you control. As your account grows, we create and build a custom plan to resolve the unsecured debts included in the program.

Negotiate - After enough funds build up in your account, our team negotiates directly with your creditors to set new amounts for your debts, which are typically significantly less than you owe.

Settle - Our expert negotiators work hard to maximize your possible savings. Every time one of your creditors agrees to settle one of your debts, we contact you for your authorization and approval.

Complete - After the mutually agreed upon settlement amount has been fully paid on each account, you no longer owe your creditors. All your unsecured debts you included in the program is behind you!

We can only assist with unsecured balances. These are balances without any form of security or collateral attached to them. Payday loans, credit cards, and medical bills are all forms of unsecured balances. Mortgages and auto loans are secured balances that are ineligible for any programs we utilize. Additionally, we are unable to help with federal student loans.

Contact us for additional information if you’re still unclear whether you have an eligible balance.

There are no up-front costs, and NSF and our partners only get paid if you enroll balances and they are effectively reduced. NSF and our partner’s fees are performance-based, and that basis is on whether they are successful in negotiating better terms for you with your creditors.

We only work with the most trustworthy and respected financial partners. Each has its area of expertise and a high success rate for its solution(s). We make sure our partners treat clients with the same level of professionalism, compassion, and understanding as we do. In addition, all our partners have stellar ratings with TrustPilot and BBB.

DISCLAIMER

New Step Financial may record or monitor calls for quality control and training. Upon completion of a successful program, clients who pay all monthly fees are expected to pay approximately 55% of their enrolled balances. Fees, which can range from 15% to 25% of the balance at the start of the program, are calculated as a percentage of the balance. Programs may last from 12 to 48 months. Before a settlement offer is made, clients may be required to save between 40% and 50% of their balances for each enrolled creditor. The first payment is usually received 4-6 months after enrollment, and subsequent payments are typically received every 3-6 months after the first balance is satisfied. Not all clients complete the program. Estimates may not reflect an individual's results and are based on past performance. The company does not take over balances, make regular payments to creditors, or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting, legal, or credit repair advice or services. State-specific fees may apply and the program may not be available in all states. Using balance services may negatively affect a person's credit score. Creditors or collectors may file lawsuits or attempt to collect debts. Fees and interest may increase the outstanding balance. Clients may leave the program at any time without incurring fees and can receive all the money in their dedicated account, minus any money the company has earned or fees paid to third-party service providers, as applicable. Before enrolling, clients should read and understand all program materials. Enrollment is not allowed for certain balances, and some creditors may not be eligible for registration because the company does not negotiate with certain organizations. The company does not make performance guarantees, such as that balances will be reduced by a certain amount or percentage or that a client will be free of balances within a specific period. The company does not discriminate on the basis of ancestry, national origin, marital status, gender, race, color, or religion.
